Non-Sponsored Tournament Registration Form* - Complete this form if you would like to register for any non-team-sponsored tournament. You will not be able to attend without this form, and the school will not pay registration fees without it.

Charles zhang scholarship

Charles Zhang Scholarship Form - any sophomore-senior competitor who attends away tournaments (non-local) can submit this letter to their coach to apply for scholarship funds from the Zhangogh foundation. Click here for more information on the foundation and Charles' legacy.
