TO COMPETE, ALL STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:
DEADLINE: Please complete all forms by Wednesday, October 18, 2023 OR before competing at your first tournament. If the forms are not completed before then, you will be unable to attend team practices until the forms are complete. You cannot compete until you have fully registered for the team.
Please complete the google form below. Then, print and sign the signed handbook form and turn it in along with the team dues to Senora Vazquez.
Parents must attend one of two mandatory parent meetings as part of team registration (both new AND returning parents!)
Thursday, October 5th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Zoom, OR
Monday, October 9th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm on Zoom.
Practices are every Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 pm.
